Description

Carry out trail maintenance. The jobs to be undertaken may include replacing trail markers, repairing stiles and pruning.

Volunteers will receive a subsidy from the Friends to defray transport expenses, if their private vehicle is used.
On this occasion it will be a day trip to the James Track and a realignment of the Trail up Sugarloaf/Moon Hill to make use of the hill contours and to lessen the likelihood of erosion. There will be the usual digging, whacking, hammering and swearing. Oh, and carrying!
