DESCRIPTION:The walk commences from the oldest timber plantation in the Mount Lofty Ranges\, planted in 1898\, and meanders through a very small section of Kuitpo Forest. Walking mainly on open tracks the landscape will be a mixture of forest\, native vegetation and farmland.

DESCRIPTION:Nestled amongst the Barossa Ranges\, Kaiserstuhl Conservation Park is visited by Heysen Trail walkers and includes several other trails.\n\nThe park rewards walkers with panoramic views\, fascinating rock formations and a range of native plants and animals.\n\nOur moderate grade walk will pass through a variety of landscapes including creeks\, rocky outcrops\, areas of low forest\, scrub and open grassland. It will include panoramic views across the ranges to the Barossa Valley.

SUMMARY:Dry Creek Trail
DESCRIPTION:A relatively flat walk with a few gentle undulations along a pretty portion of the Dry Creek Trail from Valley View to Bridge Rd and return. A few historical buildings to be looked at from the original Yatala jail. Sturdy trail shoes or hiking boots preferred due to some single track. Bring morning tea and water for along the trail. Raincoat if the weather requires. 10km\, approx 2-3 hours.
