SUMMARY:TW Sturt Gorge River Trail Loop
DESCRIPTION:We start by walking on some trails in a gully at the northern side of Sturt Gorge\, before ascending to a ridge track with undulations. We then descend to the river and start walking the River Trail. We follow the River Trail (with a small detour to the dam wall) until Murrays Hill Road\, with multiple crossings of Sturt River via rocks\, some rock scrambling and plenty of ups and downs. We then return to the cars via some Craigburn Farm tracks (including the lake) and some fire tracks. Interesting rocks in the gorge\, scenic trees and river\, plenty of birdlife and the possibility of kangaroos or koalas. If the river level is too high for the crossings\, we will walk an alternate route.\n\nBIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear\, clothing\, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds\, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.

SUMMARY:TW Tungkillo Loop
DESCRIPTION:A walk along back rds\, through farmland and  part of the Lavender Trail. Magnificent gum trees\, rock formations from the beginning of time and panoramic views of The Adelaide Hills backcountry make this a pleasant walk. DESCRIPTION:A challenging figure of 8 walk in Morialta Conservation Park that treads on some of the less frequented sections of the park as well as spending some time on the Heysen Trail within the park. There will be a number of testing climbs throughout the walk\, and a few tricky\, rocky and potentially slippery descents. SUMMARY:TW Sturt Gorge Lakeview
DESCRIPTION:We will start on the northern side of Sturt Gorge 7:15 for 7:30am start and initially head off through Blackwood Hill Reserve along the magpie creek trail into Sturt Gorge. We will do a figure 8 loop utilising different tracks which will include a walk around the lake before returning to the cars. The walk is approximately 14km so allow 4-5hrs. There are a few steep sections and several river crossings so be prepared to get your feet wet. Poles are recommended for those that use them. Please bring plenty of water a snack as we will stop for morning tea.\n\nBIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear\, clothing\, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds\, dirt and other debris.
