Description

Belair National Park Adventure Trail  – Early Season Fitness Walk

The trail explores the outer reaches of the Park and links a variety of well-trod areas like the Waterfall and lesser known tracks with some reasonable climbs thrown in to challenge legs. Walk will be approx 15km so allow at least 4-5 hours.  Route may vary subject to weather.

Walk Difficulty & Risks –  It’s a reasonably demanding walk across various terrain including inclines/declines and irregular surfaces. May be slippery in places if weather has been wet.  Watch out for mountain bikes on some tracks.

Note group safety: walks may be cancelled at short notice if there is a severe weather warning, total fire ban or temperature 32 degrees as set out in FOHT Cancellation Policy on website.

BIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear, clothing, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.
