Description

This walk is in a section of Mount Crawford Forest referred to as "Old Kersbrook". We will be walking mainly along wide open fire tracks through native forest and pine plantations. Along the way there will also be good views over the surrounding farm land. There are several hilly sections, but extra time has been allowed so each walker can climb these at their own pace. The walk will be approx. 10km with a stop for morning tea. Lunch can be at a location only a short walk back to the cars and will be optional.

To reach the meeting point there is a small section of gravel road.
