Description

Points of note include;

Narcoota Springs - a rare source of permanent water at the brink of the waterless Murray Plains. Coming out of this reserve we are rewarded with commanding views.

We cross the deep but dry bed of Foote Creek.

Look out for the monument commemorating an incident that occurred there during the Mount Bryan Expedition in 1839.

Further hilltops with extensive views.

An aquaduct that collected water for use in the steam train era forms the path into Eudunda.
