Just as you thought that may be the end of the beach walking ? After a short walk through Frank Hilton Reserve we descend back onto the beach for a 3.6km sandy saunter.We get up close and personal with the Clarendon Fault as we stay close to the bottom of the cliffs for a while. At Moana we head inland passing wetlands hopefully with abundant birdlife.Joining the Coast to Vines Trail we pass under the Main South Rd & Victor Harbor Rd before finishing at McLaren Vale .

Sun 29th

Leaving McLaren Vale we follow back streets of the town before heading out through wine growing country.A series of backroads sees us cross Chapel Hill Rd into Onkaparinga National Pk .1.3kms from here we'll arrive back at cars.

A reservation has been made at the McLaren Vale Hotel for 6pm on Saturday 28th June 2025. Please RSVP to confirm your attendance.

BIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear, clothing, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.
