Walk name/location
Sturt Gorge

Description

A walk on the trails at the western end of the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park. At the top of the gorge we will have great views then we will drop down to see the river in flow and finish the walk with a slow climb up and out of the gorge.

It can get slippery underfoot if its wet. Good-grip boots and poles recommended. There is about 2 metres of slightly tricky rock scramble at one point but the rest is easy enough.

Meet 820am for 830am sharp start. Walk approx 3hr.

Bring water, snacks, rain jacket and hand sanitiser.
