Walk grade: Trail Walker
Description: We meander through the walking trails of Cox Scrub Conservation Park to the Finniss River. Then its a long, steady trudge up Cole Crossing Road and on to Mount Magnificent Conservation Park. If the weather is good and the legs willing, we will have lunch on the summit. Then we head back down and then through the Finniss Conservation Park and along some back roads to Cox Scrub C.P. for more walking trails back to the car park.

Risks

Hazards: Ants, snakes, some steep terrain, some sandy terrain, scratchy scrub, river crossing.
Requirements: Full skin cover - scratchy scrub!. Suitable weather protection. At least 2 litres of water. Bring morning tea and lunch.
Experience: Long distance trailwalker - this walk is testing.
