Description

A challenging loop walk in Cleland National Park with a number of testing climbs and descents throughout ending with a steady final climb back to the lookout car park.

There will breaks for morning tea and lunch.

BIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear, clothing, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.

A number of testing climbs, some rather steep, and descents on tricky and uneven surfaces.

Requirements

Good quality footwear is essential and walking poles are recommended. Clothing suitable for the weather conditions. a hat and sun screen. Snacks for morning tea, lunch and at least 2 litres of water, more if it is a hot day. Recommend you also bring a First Aid kit for your own use eg. to attend to minor cuts, blisters etc.
