Saturday...
This area of the coast is known to contain some premier surfing beaches.
The Trail alternates between beach walk, clifftop trails and natural surface track, providing a variety of coastal experiences.
During this walk you will experience some spectacular scenery.
Take care on clifftop edges due to erosion, and be aware of endangered birds of prey and hooded plovers nesting on beaches.

Today we pass Daly Head, a National Surfing Reserve.
This section contains mostly beach walking.
The trail is not well defined, so be aware of your surroundings
