Walk name/location
Walk The Yorke – Wattle Point -Port Moorowie-Point Davenport
Walk grade
Walk the Yorke End to End
Description

Saturday

From Wattle Point beach walking gives way to the cliffs of Troubridge Point. The final section into Port Moorowie follows the fence line between native vegetation and cropping land

Sunday

This will be a long day of mostly beach walking. It can have soft sand and seaweed at certain times of the year which would make this especially strenuous.

Just before the Port Davenport Conservation Park the trail heads inland for a section of native vegetation.

Suggested accommodation – Edithburgh

NOTE – If you wish to walk on only one day, please contact the FOHT office (once bookings have opened) to register for that day’s walk. The on-line registration system will only allow you to register for both days.
