This year we'll have 2 groups walking the Willunga Basin Trail on the same day but on adjoining sections. The BLUE group and GREEN group will use the same bus to pick up and drop-off; hence the GREEN group will start 30-40 mins later than the BLUE group. Registration is separate for each group so walkers need to decide which group to join.
This first walk for the GREEN group is from Willunga to Sellicks Hill.
Commencing in Willunga we take a long slow climb along Delabole Road and Range Road toward Mt Terrible for some wonderful views across the wine region and basin. The descent will cover road reserve and country roads to finish at Sellicks Hill.
After the walk, for those that are interested, we will convene at the Victory Hotel at Sellicks Hill for drinks/coffee.
