Walk Leaders Thank You Lunch & Planning Session

What to expect

The Annual thank you lunch and gathering for the Day Walk Leaders will be held at the Rob Roy Hotel, Halifax St. This is the chance to plan next year’s Short Walks calendar and catch up on the events and what’s happening on the Heysen Trail and receive your feedback on what is going well and what could be done to improve things.

Lunch will be provided on a pre-order –Menus are attached to the event booking email you were sent and you can also find it here Menu – Rr by Law

If you intend to stay for the lunch please RSVP “Yes” for the Meal and please record your meal order in the “Include a Note” comments field

Memberships, walk and event registrations and Golden Boots passes are tickets. If you purchase a Golden Boots pass details of your pass purchase will be recorded. If the Golden Boots pass has expired when you register for walk events, you will be prompted to purchase another pass.
