Description

A long testing loop walk with numerous lengthy climbs and tricky descents throughout, often on rough, rocky and shifting surfaces. There will breaks for morning tea, lunch and probably a short break mid afternoon to "refuel".

BIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear, clothing, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.

Lots of ups and downs on at times tricky terrain and a number of significant road crossings.

Requirements

Good quality footwear is essential, clothing suitable for the weather conditions, raincoat, sun hat, sunscreen, snacks for 2 short breaks& & lunch and at least 3 litres of water. Walking poles are strongly recommended. P[ease bring a small First Aid Kit for your personal use for minor cuts & blisters etc. REMENBER this is a long walk so be prepared.
