Description

We will begin along Linear Park to warm up the legs ready for a hilly walk through Black hill conservation park. The walk will include going up Main ridge Track And Quarry Track so bring your climbing legs. This walk will include great views over Adelaide and being the time of year wild flowers and hopefully native orchids. We will finish with a short walk back along the Torrens back to the cars.

Steep ascents and slippery descents in parts. There are a few Kms of road walking.

Requirements

Good walking boots. Strongly recommend walking poles. Bring at least 2 liters of water, food for morning tea and lunch. Recommend a Electrolyte drink as well, especially if its a bit warm on the day.
