Description

A morning walk around Anstey's Hill Recreation Park pathways including the original Newman's Nursery ruins and silver mines.

Be on the lookout for the local wildlife.

There are a couple of hills during the walk.

Sturdy trail shoes or hiking boots preferred due to some single track. Bring morning tea and water for along the trail. Raincoat if the weather requires. 10 km, approx 2-3 hours.

BIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear, clothing, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.
