Walk name/location
Warren Tower
Walk grade
Trail Starter
Description

A loop walk through Warren Conservation Park, mainly on sections of the Heysen Trail.

The walk features Strinybarks, Long-leaved Box gums and Grass trees in gullies. There is some open country near the fire watch tower. From there you will get extended views, and pine forest.

There are some steep hills, but nothing that takes it out of the Trailstarter rating. So not a difficult walk, but great for spotting kangaroos, echidna diggings, and possibly lizards.

BIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear, clothing, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.
