Description

A loop through the south-eastern foothills around Carrick Hill. We will follow the Yurrebilla Trail into the Waite Conservation Reserve which protects an important remnant of Grey-box Woodland. As we climb above the Adelaide Plains there are panoramic views across the nearby stately homes to the city and the sea. There will be a morning-tea break on Wylie's Ridge before proceeding toward Eagle on the Hill and then returning via the trig point atop Brownhill.
