Magnificent over the southern Fleurieu Peninsula.

A combination of native bushland then back-road walking completes the day.

Fitness: The Heysen Trail walks are demanding and suitable for experienced walkers who have walked regularly in various terrain consisting of long-distance trails with some steep inclines/declines, irregular surface with loose uneven, slippery base. The walk starts off in the dense native bushland of Kyeema Conservation Park, and then the plantations of Kuitpo Forest. The walking here is gently undulating sandy trails.
