Walk name/location
Truro-Dutton-Smith Rd
Walk grade
End-to-End Lavender Trail
Description

On Saturday we follow road reserves to a lookout and then creek crossing before we cross the main Sturt Highway.  From there we walk through farmland with evidence of native wildlife before following a picturesque but rocky creek bed.  There is a possibility of wet feet (or more) so please come prepared.  Walking poles will definitely be helpful through this section.

Sunday we skirt around the foot of Mt Rufus before tackling the relatively short but steep Leake Lookout.  A 360 degree view is the reward for this climb. There is a steep decent before following a deep wide creek bed  and wooded area to the end of the walk.

If you only wish to walk on one day of the weekend you will need to conatact the office to register.
