Walk name/location
TW Wattle Pk to Horsnell Gully
Walk grade
Trail Walker
Description

Walk up Kensington Road, Wattle Park to the lookout to see stunning views over the city to the coast. Follow a road reserve and suburban streets to Old Coach Road, then a brief down hill and a lot of up hill until we reach the point where Old Coach Road intersects the Heysen Trail at the top of Horsnell Gully CP. Plenty of bush scenery and likely to see koalas. We then follow the Heysen Trail for a short while within Horsnell Gully CP, before turning off onto the Rockdale Hill Track and walking mostly down hill to the Horsnell Gully CP car park. The next part is mostly up hill along suburban streets and gravel roads, before entering the Magill Stone Mine Reserve. A few more suburban streets and we're back to the cars.

BIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear, clothing, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.
