The Heysen Trail has been re-routed into Inman Valley, near Robinson Hill Campsite.

From Back Valley the trail now follows Keen Road.

Trail Status

The Heysen Trail is currently closed due to the Fire Danger Season, however sections through parks, reserves and road reserves remain open. The trail will reopen at the end of the Fire Danger Season, between 15 and 30 April 2026. The Wild South Coast Way on the Heysen Trail between Cape Jervis and Victor Harbor remains open, but is closed on days of Catastrophic fire danger.
