RSS allows you to receive notification of when a blog or website you are interested in is updated. Instead of occasionally checking a website to see if it has been updated, the update is sent directly to you when it happens. You need a RSS Reader, which is a little like an email inbox. Then you need to subscribe to a RSS Feed, which can be done on the website you are interested in – just look out for the RSS logo 
and click on it.
